Who is WPRF?

WPRF was formed and is overseen by a group of Wyckoff residents who donate their time in support of WPRF’s mission to enhance Wyckoff.  As residents of Wyckoff, the members of the Board share a love of Wyckoff.  As you might expect, we subscribe to the grass roots principle, and hope our efforts will stimulate deeper roots and broader growth of our mission in the community.  To assist WPRF in ensuring that its projects become a reality, the Board draws on the insights and input from various bodies such as: the Township Committee, Recreation Board, and others.  We look forward to broad community involvement and support in the Wyckoff Parks & Recreation Foundation.  As residents of Wyckoff, this is our Community.  As residents of Wyckoff, WPRF is our Foundation.

WPRF is a chartered non-profit corporation, tax-exempt pursuant to IRS 501(c)(3).  Your gifts to WPRF are tax deductible, but of course, please check with your personal tax advisor.

Organization & Structure

• Public Foundation, Registered in the State of NJ & awaiting official recognition from IRS as a non-profit 501 (c) (3) charitable tax-exempt organization.

• Board comprised of 8 Trustees, inclusive of the 4 officers:
